A Valentine’s Dinner with all the Romance of a Steam Train
Enjoy a memorable evening aboard The North Norfolkman dining train!
Steam trains are the epitome of romance so what better way to treat your Valentine than to book dinner aboard the North Norfolkman luxury dining train? Enjoy a pre-dinner drink and then relax in the comfort of one of our dining cars built for British Railways in the 1950s or ’60s and boasting restored interiors of varnished wood and a distinctive upholstery moquette that was characteristic of the period.
As your train steams gently from Sheringham to Holt and return, enjoy a delicious three-course meal, freshly prepared and cooked onboard. A carefully chosen wine list and selection of alcoholic and soft drinks are also available to order and will be served at your seat by the attentive team of waiters.
The train will make two return journeys so you can enjoy your meal a leisurely pace and steam occasionally drifting past the window, you will be transported briefly back to a time when the pace of life was less hurried.
Dining is very popular, so book early to avoid disappointment. Please note this service is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
The train will be available to board from 6.30pm, departing at 7.00pm. You will make two return journeys from Sheringham to Holt, arriving back in Sheringham at approximately 10.00 – 10.30pm.

A welcome drink of Prosecco or Elderflower Presse is included in the price, along with a bottle of water on the table.
Other drinks and wines can be ordered and paid for on the evening.

Owing to the historic nature of the dining coaches, we regret there is no wheelchair accommodation aboard North Norfolkman Dining Trains.
