Redeeming Gift Vouchers
Whether you have a voucher for one of our luxury dining trains or a driving experience, redeeming it is very straightforward.
- For Gift Cards with a 20 character code CLICK HERE to check available dates and to book
- If you have a voucher with a 16 digit number then please visit the Dining Train or Railway Experience page to check the details, follow the booking links to choose your date and then add the voucher number at the final checkout stage of booking.
- Vouchers issued before July 2024 (starting with a V) cannot be redeemed online – please call the bookings office 01263 820800 (option 4 then 1) during office hours and the team will be pleased to assist.
